SUNDOG clothesline products are delivered right to your door. Shipping costs are based on product size and product destination. Need your product to be installed? The delivery cost is included in the installation service.

Sundog Clotheslines Shipping Guide

Shipping costs are based on product size and product destination. Each product in our catalogue is identified as either an A or B category, based on dimensions and weight. The final shipping destination – your address – is identified as either:

Zone 1 - Local (Metro Vancouver – see map)
Zone 2 - Regional (BC/Alberta)
Zone 3 - National (the rest of Canada)

After you have selected your product(s) and go to the ‘checkout’, you select your shipping rate from a drop-down menu.

Installation Services

Setting up a clothesline product is sometimes the most difficult part of getting started on zero-carbon drying. You can choose to set up your clothesline on your own, or, if you live within our service area we can do the installation.
Sundog will install all the regular components of your clothesline system, including product placement on walls and posts and preparing proper footings for outdoor installations (check out our warranty).

Installation after delivery date

Sometimes customers purchase a product, then decide afterwards that they would like it installed. No problem. If your Sundog clothesline product has all its pieces and hasn’t been damaged, we’ll come back to install it for you, provided you contact us within one month of receiving your order.

Installation services and prices vary for each product. Check the product catalogue for available services, and give us a call or email to get a price quote. Delivery is included in the installation price!

Our easy-to-use shipping guide provides you with a shipping code to include with your order. Local orders (Metro Vancouver) may be delivered by either vehicle or mail; further destinations receive products via Canada Post.

Installment guidelines

In order to guarantee the proper functioning and durability of our products and installations, we reserve the right not to install our products in locations we believe would be inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe that the walls are not structurally sound enough to hold the weight of the line, or the line is too close to power lines.

Our installers will not perform work that is outside of a regular installation, such as repairing/ rebuilding walls or other supports to allow for clothesline installation. If you’re not sure about your particular situation, contact us to find out what we can do for you.
