(“Sundog”) believes your privacy is important.  It is always your choice whether or not you want to supply personal information on our website, but if you do, we will treat it with respect and care.  We will not use it or disclose it, except as outlined in this policy, and then only with your consent.

By supplying personal information to our website, you are indicating your consent to Sundog’s use, disclosure and collection of your personal information as per this policy. Please do not use the website or submit information to the Sundog website if you do not agree with our policy.

As is the case with almost all websites, Sundog’s will collect non-personal information automatically, such as your access time and date, internet address, operating system, web pages read, and the like.  We use this non-personal information to improve our website, and so it may be archived and shared with other people.

If we are forced by the law to supply your personal information to a government institution, we are not liable for how they use it.

Sundog will store and process your personal information in Vancouver, BC. While Sundog employs reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, security risks cannot be eliminated and we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be used or disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy.  Please note that if you click on a link on our website to another website, we have no control over how those other websites use your personal information.
