Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SUNDOG product.  Before the delivery date, you can cancel your order for a full refund – no reasons needed.  Just send us an email.  After delivery, if you aren’t satisfied with your clothesline product you have 2 weeks to get a full refund on the product cost*.

*We charge a $5.00 fee to cover the cost of delivering products back to our warehouse from customers who are within our Metro Vancouver installation zone. Customers from outside this zone pay associated shipping charges from their region. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and been assessed for any damage or misuse, a full refund will be paid within 30 days.

For products that were installed by Sundog, we don't refund the cost of the installation, but will offer you a discount coupon for a different Sundog product or service. However, if there is a problem with the installation of our product, this is covered by our warranty. For enquiries regarding returns please email all details to support@sundogclothesline.com
