Warranty

We stand behind our SUNDOG products, offering a one year full warranty on products and installation, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty doesn’t cover products damaged by improper installation (by non-SUNDOG installers—if we didn’t install it right the first time, we’ll be back to fix it for no charge!)
• The warranty doesn’t cover products damaged by improper use (for instance, using an umbrella dryer as an outdoor gym)
• The warranty doesn’t cover indoor products left outside for prolonged periods
